I don't like that when using the Impersonator filter in the admin area for ImpersonationLog, if the value for IMPERSONATE_MAX_FILTER_SIZE is exceeded, no filter options are given. I feel like it should just limit to the options to the number of IMPERSONATE_MAX_FILTER_SIZE.

Normally I'd just do it but since this is currently in the wild, I figured I'd let people chime in. Does anyone have an issue with this change?
