When replying, include all referenced users

When you reply to a honk, by default it only replies to the original sender. It would be a nice time save to include the handles of all users mentioned in the message.

For example, I just now screwed up a reply trying to manually add the users:

Turns out this was already supported, just needed to be enabled in account settings.
