Similar to Slack and MatterMost it would be nice to also offer a Telegram integration. It could be either a main bot that can run in any channel or chat or maybe even just the code for organizations to run their own bot for the integration.

I'm leaning towards a main bot that runs across various orgs mainly because any org that wants to can take the code and customize it to their own bot and liking.
